Mrs. Lancaster is Hazel Grace's mother who often says that Hazel needs to have a life. She is a minor character in The Fault in Our Stars book.

Mrs. Lancaster is loving and kind towards her daughter. Hazel stated that her mother knew more about her cancer than any other oncologist. She is saddened by Hazel's cancer at times, but knows what to do. She comforted Hazel when Gus died, and was also saddened, showing that she is there for her daughter and liked Gus.
